Bristol Aggie Hosts the Southeast New England Agriculture Conference & Trade Show! 🚜🌿 We are thrilled to have hosted the 2025 Southeast New England Agriculture Conference & Trade Show (SNEACTS) on our campus! This incredible collaboration brings together leaders across the Ag. Industry, our legislators and leaders at @Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources to tackle key agricultural challenges and innovations! 🎉 A special shoutout to our Arbor teacher Ms. Parent and students: Lex Macleod, Jaisin Rivet and Trenton Kockak – for an outstanding Chainsaw Safety & Maintenance session! Their professionalism, expertise, and engaging presentation, complete with a live demo, showcased what it truly means to be industry-ready. We couldn’t be prouder! 🌻 Inspiring Alumni Spotlight: We were honored to host Christina Russell of Wild Bean Flower Farm (@WildBeanFlowerFarm) and Lily Dias of Dias & Daughters Farm (@Dias&DaughtersFarm) for a session on their journeys from high school students to successful business owners. Moderated by our very own Mrs. Fullen, this session was a fantastic opportunity for current students to learn firsthand about entrepreneurship in agriculture! 🐄 Campus Tours & Innovations: Attendees also had the chance to explore our newly renovated and constructed campus through guided tours led by Ms. Minster, Mr. Guimond, and our outstanding Student Ambassadors! A highlight of the tour was the Dairy Barn Robotic Milker Pavilion, showcasing cutting-edge agricultural technology in action. About: The Southeast New England Agriculture Conference & Trade Show (SNEACTS) is a new collaboration that brings together expertise from across the food system to examine its pressing issues and needs through a broader lense. Following our January Winter Drive, the Class of 2026 just delivered over 100 winter items to programs that serve the greater Taunton area. This year we partnered with Our DailyJanuary Bread, Samaritan House, and the Old Colony YMCA’s Family Resource Center. Natural Resource Management seniors are spending this quarter in Environmental Engineering! In their Climate Science course, students are looking at tree core samples to determine climate conditions and measure the thickness of each ring.
