I've worked in the human services field for over a decade, providing counseling to individuals and family impacted by substance use disorders and mental health.

I truly love my primary roles as a wife and mother of two. Along with my family, I enjoy taking part in all the outdoorsy things that being a New Englander allows us to delight in. In my free time I love to try out new recipes using locally sourced ingredients, make homemade remedies and beauty products, and tend to my flock of chickens. I love a good DIY project, a variety of podcasts and a strong cup of coffee.
